Return / Order Cancelation Policy

Our return policy applies to retail and wholesale customers. Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept any product back unless there is a manufacturing defect All Pad Printing/Plate Sales are final No Exchanges No Returns Our Policy reflects contamination concerns. If there is a manufactures recall and or defect all returned items require a RMA number and MUST be returned in the condition it was received. If the product is miss packed or is returned damaged and is in unsellable condition no refund and/or exchange will be approved.

If you place an order, you have 24 hours to cancel it. After this period, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Once the 24 hours have passed, your order is picked from our warehouse and moved into our quality review process, making it ineligible for full cancellation.
